Baylor Suspends RB Shock Linwood For Oklahoma Game This Weekend

Baylor will be without one of its best players when it faces Oklahoma this weekend.

Running back Shock Linwood will likely not play, according to head coach Jim Grobe. Grobe told the media today that Linwood is being disciplined for "attitude issues."

The 25th-ranked Bears are 6-2 but have lost two in a row. They were blown out at home by TCU over the weekend, losing 62-22.

Linwood is the team's second-leading rusher, compiling 594 yards and two touchdowns on 100 carries. Without him, redshirt freshman JaMycal Hasty will likely have a larger role complementing Terence Williams, the team's top rusher.
