Iowa 4-Star RB Commit Eno Benjamin, A Texas Native, Is "So Glad" He Didn't Pursue Baylor

Eno Benjamin, a four-star running back in the 2016 class, committed to Iowa over Baylor, Michigan and Texas, among other programs.

This afternoon, shortly after it was announced that Baylor is firing head coach Art Briles amid the program's sexual assault scandal, Benjamin took to Twitter to express his relief in not committing to the Bears.

The Wylie, Texas native says he's "so glad" he didn't pursue Baylor as a recruit.

Benjamin, a 5-foot-9, 204-pound running back, is ranked the No. 16 RB in the class by 247Sports' Composite Rankings.
