Thursday, former Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III - who was drafted by the Washington Redskins - was signed by the Cleveland Browns to a two-year deal. If all goes well (for both players), that means he'll be reunited with former Bears teammate Josh Gordon.
Gordon, who in January applied for reinstatement to the NFL after being suspended last year for substance abuse, is hoping to play for the Browns in 2016. Griffin, meanwhile, will need to win the starting job to see time on the field. The duo played together at Baylor in 2009 and 2010 - which prompted Gordon to send a congratulatory tweet RG3's way.
It'll be interesting to see if everything works out for both players.
