UNLV Transfer Bryce Dejean-Jones Tweets That He Wants To Be An Iowa State Cyclone

The college basketball transfer market has been as active as ever this year, and today brings a few big announcements. Earlier today, we learned about Trevor Thompson's move to Ohio State, and now it looks like Iowa State has picked up a big addition.

UNLV guard Bryce Dejean-Jones spent the weekend at Iowa State, and it looks like he will become a Cyclone.

The Des Moines Register caught up with the 6-foot-5 guard yesterday at ISU's spring football game.

In the video, he said that he wanted to make a decision in the next couple of weeks, and that he would be visiting Arizona State, but it sounds like he will be cutting his recruitment short.

Dejean-Jones will likely be compared to Iowa State's DeAndre Kane, who excelled in his one year in Ames after transferring from Marshall. Like Kane, Dejean-Jones will be immediately eligible to play this year, as he graduates from UNLV this May. As a junior, he averaged 13.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, and three assists in 27.4 minutes per game.
