4-Star WR JaMarr Chase Announces Decommitment From Kansas

Kansas football lost a four-star recruit tonight.

Four-star wide receiver JaMarr Chase, one of the commitments in Kansas football's surprising early 2018 class, has decommitted from the Jayhawks tonight.

Chase pledged to KU on Feb. 4 but has elected to open up his recruitment.

Chase is the No. 42 wide receiver in the 2018 class, per 247Sports' Composite Rankings.

Chase plays for Metairie (La.) Archbishop Rummel and has offers from Arkansas, Cincinnati, Indiana, Ole Miss, Tennessee and others.
