This college basketball season has been unpredictable to say the least. Every week there are a handful of major upsets that go down and shake up the entire landscape.

With roughly one month left in the regular season, ESPN analyst Jay Bilas revealed his latest rankings. He placed teams into tiers, such as national title favorites, Elite Eight possibles, Sweet 16 contenders and "Somebody might do it, but everybody here had better get better."

Baylor is currently the No. 1 ranked team in the country. It shouldn't be too surprising that Bilas placed them in the top spot on his personal rankings as well.

Right behind Baylor on Bilas' rankings is Kansas. Both programs have represented the Big 12 well this season and have the talent to win the NCAA Tournament.

Here is the top 10 from Bilas:

  1. Baylor
  2. Kansas
  3. Gonzaga
  4. Louisville
  5. Duke
  6. San Diego State
  7. Dayton
  8. Florida State
  9. Seton Hall
  10. Maryland

You can see Bilas' full rankings here.

Dayton and San Diego State might not be considered powerhouse programs, but they're firmly in the mix to make a run this March. The Aztecs remain the only undefeated team in the country.

These rankings from Bilas will likely change by the time the NCAA Tournament comes around. For now, it's a very solid list from top to bottom.
