Kansas Basketball Shows Off Its Big 12 Championship Rings On Twitter

The Kansas basketball team took to Twitter to show everyone its enormous Big 12 Championship rings.

Kansas basketball didn't have the 2015 season that it had hoped for. Despite earning the top seed overall in the NCAA Tournament, the Jayhawks fell to eventual champion Villanova in the Elite Eight.

But a massive piece of custom jewelry has to offer a tiny bit of consolation, right?

You see, Kansas basketball added yet another conference title to its storied program, its twelfth consecutive to be exact. That's only one shy of the UCLA Bruins, who hold the record at 13, from 1967-1979.

And with conference titles, come rings.

Check them out below:

Even though Drake is a die-hard Kentucky fan, you have to think he'd still appreciate the caption.

The Jayhawks kick off their 2016-2017 season with an exhibition game November 1 against Washburn.
