Multiple NBA Analysts Think It's "Impossible" To Imagine A Team Passing On Kansas' Joel Embiid At No. 1 Following Workout

The Cleveland Cavaliers hold the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NBA Draft, and most people seem to believe they'll select one of three players: Jabari Parker, Andrew Wiggins, or Joel Embiid.

No one in that trio participated in the NBA Combine at the behest of their respective agents, but with the draft roughly a month away (June 26), they've begun to conduct private workouts with NBA scouts and executives. According to multiple NBA analysts who witnessed a recent private workout by Embiid, the Kansas big man should be a lock to go first overall.

Now, just because this is how the analysts feel, it doesn't mean Embiid will go No. 1. The Cavs are reportedly concerned with Embiid's back problems. The 7-foot Cameroon native missed the final month of the season in Lawrence with a back injury.
