No. 1 Kansas takes on No. 8 seed Seton Hall in a second round game in the Midwest Region on Saturday. The game will be played at INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas.

Preview: Top-seeded Kansas survived a mini-scare from No. 16 seed Penn in today's NCAA Tournament first round game. The Quakers led for a bit and hung around for about 30 minutes before Kansas pulled away and won 76-60. Senior guard Devonte Graham' put up 29 points for the Jayhawks.

Seton Hall beat ninth-seeded NC State 94-83 on Thursday. It was the Pirates' first tournament win since they beat Arizona in 2004. The play of Khadeen Carrington (26 points) and Desi Rodriguez (20 points) was the difference for the Hall.

These two teams now meet with a Sweet Sixteen berth on the line.

Preview: The Pirates are a dangerous team. They have quality guards in Carrington and sharpshooting Myles Powell, plus a rugged scorer and rebounder in Rodriguez. Angel Delgado is a mountain in the post as well.

Kansas will be tested in this one. The Jayhawks are going to need their backcourt-heavy offense to come through.

We think they'll have just enough to win in front of a supportive home crowd. Kansas is the pick.
