Report: Kansas Freshman Cheick Diallo Will Enter NBA Draft

According to multiple reports, Kansas freshman Cheick Diallo will declare for the NBA Draft but not hire an agent. Diallo, whose only year with the Jayhawks was marred by an NCAA investigation into his eligibility, averaged 3 points per game and 2.5 rebounds per contest. He missed the first five contests of the year before being ruled eligible.

Diallo played seven minutes against Austin Peay, but did not see further action in the NCAA Tournament.

Diallo was a five-star recruit and certainly has a great deal of upside. It'll be interesting to see if - and where - he winds up going.
