Oklahoma fans who were excited after West Virginia fell to Oklahoma State today now have to be feeling a little nervous. The Sooners are locked in a battle with Kansas.

The 3-7 Jayhawks scored a touchdown on their opening drive of the second half to cut the OU lead to 21-17. The Sooner defense is struggling tonight as they have much of this season.

Pooka Williams has rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown on only 10 carries for KU. Meanwhile, Peyton Bender is 11-for-14 for 104 yards.

Oklahoma has forced just one punt. All of this has former Sooner star Curtis Lofton feeling upset.

Now, Oklahoma is still moving the ball well. Kennedy Brooks has topped 100 yards rushing and star quarterback Kyler Murray has been pretty solid.

Still, this is a little close for comfort for Lincoln Riley and company.
