Last night’s rivalry game between Kansas and Kansas State was a fairly close contest midway through the second half, but eventually the more talented Jayhawks ran away with it, capturing a 77-59 win. The score should probably have been 75-59, but after the other nine players on the court had decided to let time run out, KU’s Brannen Greene decided to take the opportunity for a free dunk just before the buzzer.

Naturally, K-State fans were not thrilled, and neither was Bill Self, who didn’t mince words when discussing Greene’s dunk after the game.

The dunk was definitely not an example of great sportsmanship. We’re sure Self got his point across with his pointed remarks.
