Oklahoma football has been on quite a roll when it comes to recruiting. The Sooners are coming off a weekend where they landed a number of big-time high school prospects and a prized graduate transfer.
Tonight, that hot streak continued. Flowood (MS) Northwest Rankin four-star safety Jarrian Jones announced his commitment to the Sooners on Twitter. Jones was on campus in Norman this past weekend.
Jones chose the Sooners over two dozen other offers. He also recently visited Alabama and LSU.
Jones called the decision the “absolute hardest” one of his life.

Jones joins Arjei Henderson, Theo Wease, Jamal Morris and Derek Green as four-star prospects to commit to OU in the last couple of days. Notre Dame graduate transfer Jay Hayes also made the call for the Sooners.
Jones is the No. 28 safety in the nation according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
