A Baylor Assistant Was Caught On The Sidelines At The Oklahoma-Tulsa Game

There's a somewhat strange story coming out of the Big 12 this afternoon. During Oklahoma's 52-38 win over Tulsa on Saturday, Jeff Lebby, Baylor's passing game coordinator, was spotted on the sidelines during the game.

This is a violation of the opponent scouting rule, and OU head coach Bob Stoops was not happy about it.

Baylor head coach Art Briles has since apologized for Lebby's presence.

This whole scenario is weird. Tulsa's head coach is Phil Montgomery, Baylor's offensive coordinator from 2006-14, and Lebby is a former Sooner player as noted above. Still, it's odd he would put himself in that situation.
