Former Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield is still as competitive as he's ever been.

Baker Mayfield is one of the top quarterback prospects in this year's NFL Draft, but many analysts believe that a few other signal-callers - like USC's Sam Darnold and UCLA's Josh Rosen - will be taken higher this April. Mayfield admitted this week, in an interview with TMZ, that that fact bothers him "a little."

Mayfield also said he'd have no problem going to play for the Cleveland Browns. He says he's always embraced challenges.

We've transcribed the quick interview Mayfield did with TMZ below.

Reporter: "Baker what's up man. Look, you're one of the most-talked about rookies. Heisman winner. Where do you keep that thing? Where's the Heisman at?"

Mayfield: "It's actually still in Norman, but it'll be back at home at my parents' house pretty soon."

Reporter: "A little gift for your parents?"

Mayfield: "Yeah, yeah."

Reporter: "It hasn't been delivered?"

Mayfield: "Not yet, they've already got it on there (the inscription) - there's a big box they have to ship it in so I figured I'm going to go pick it up and drive it down for them."

Reporter: "Hey man so you're the Heisman winner. Does it bother you a little bit that people are talking about Josh Rosen and Sam Darnold as lottery picks and they're saying you're more like late first round? Does that bother you a little bit?"

Mayfield: "A little bit. Yeah, because I believe in myself and that I can play with the best of them. That's nothing against them at all. I just believe in myself and I think I should be up there in those discussions too."

Reporter: "If Cleveland is looking at you - some people are hesitant to play for the Cleveland Browns. Would you be down to play for the Cleveland Browns?"

Mayfield: "I've always been a fan of big challenges and adversity in my life. So yeah, absolutely."

One thing is for sure - whichever team drafts Mayfield will get an incredibly competitive player who has always had a chip on his shoulder. Will that mean he turns into a star in the NFL? Only time will tell.
