Baker Mayfield's health has become quite the topic.

Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield is under the weather, and over the past few days, he's skipped a number of Rose Bowl-related events - presumably to get some rest ahead of the big game. Saturday, Oklahoma head coach Lincoln Riley gave an update on the health of his star quarterback.

Riley admitted that Mayfield may not be at 100% when the game kicks off on Monday, but also said that the Heisman Trophy winner would not be missing the game.

Via ESPN's Jake Trotter:

Most have assumed that Mayfield would play - it's more a question of whether he'll be affected in any way from the illness.

Mayfield, the Heisman Trophy winner, threw for 4,340 yards and 41 touchdowns against just five interceptions in leading Oklahoma to a Big 12 title and a College Football Playoff berth. He'll need to be at his best if the Sooners are to take down SEC champion Georgia on Monday afternoon.
