CBS Drops Way-Too-Early Bracketology For Next Year, Names Duke, Kentucky, Kansas and Villanova Top Seeds

We're still eight months away from March Madness, but it's never too early to make some projections regarding which teams are going to be part of the event. CBS Sports' Jerry Palm, the network's resident bracketologist, has already released what he calls his "way-too-early" bracket for the 2017 NCAA Tournament. There are some familiar programs at the top of the list.

Duke, Kentucky, Kansas and Villanova, last year's national champion, take 1-seeds. The 2 seeds? Michigan State, North Carolina, Virginia and Oregon.

Xavier, Wisconsin, Arizona and Indiana make up the 3-seeds, while UCLA, St. Mary's, Purdue and Louisville take 4-seeds.
