A former Oklahoma Sooners' football star has a message for his alma mater ahead of this evening's game against No. 1 Alabama.

Dimitri Flowers, a former Sooners' standout who now plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars, posted the following message for Oklahoma today.

"GAME DAY!!!!! Lets get it boys! Shock the world!!" he tweeted.

Alabama enters this evening's game as a sizable favorite.

The Crimson Tide are listed as a two-touchdown favorite at most sportsbooks, with almost all of the analysts predicting a victory for Nick Saban's team.

Can Oklahoma pull off the upset?

We'll find out later tonight.

Alabama and Oklahoma are set to kick off at 8 p.m. E.T.

The game will be on ESPN.
