Oklahoma Fans Will Love What Jalen Hurts Was Doing After Today's Game

Oklahoma QB Jalen Hurts had another Heisman-like performance on Saturday against Texas Tech. The Sooners beat down the Red Raiders en route to a 55-16 win.

The former Alabama quarterback completed 17-of-24 passes for 415 yards and three touchdowns. College football fans know by now Hurts is also a major threat on the ground. Against Texas Tech, he ran the ball nine times for 70 yards and also added a rushing score.

Sooners fan obviously love what Hurts did on the field today. But it's what he did after the game that fans will love even more.

Shortly after defeating Texas Tech, Hurts went straight to the weight room. Still donning his game pants, the Oklahoma QB performed a medicine ball throw-down workout. He performs the workout with intense effort, showcasing his undeniable work ethic.

One of the things which has really stood out about Hurts is his desire to get better. Obviously, his journey at Alabama didn't go the way he planned. But Hurts has done everything he can to improve each and every week.

In the off-season, Hurts gained the respect of his teammates by always being in the gym. His explosiveness and strength is easily recognized in games.
