Oklahoma vs. CSU Bakersfield – Game Time, TV Channel, Announcers, Betting Line, Predictions
Oklahoma, sporting a 25-7 record, has just been named a 2-seed in the West region of the 2016 NCAA Tournament. The Sooners, led by star Buddy Hield, finished third in the Big 12 this regular season and were knocked out in the semifinals of the league's postseason tournament. They're one of the most dangerous teams in the entire field.
CSU Bakersfield, meanwhile, put together a 24-8 record to qualify for the tournament as a 15-seed. The Roadrunners have won six in a row - including the WAC Tournament championship game over New Mexico State. They'll have their hands full with OU, however.
Date: Friday, March 18
Time: 4:00 PM approx
TV Channel: TNT
Location: Oklahoma City
Announcers: Blackburn/Gminski/Maggio
Opening Betting Line: TBD
Prediction: The Roadrunners have been a nice story, but there won't be another chapter written. Oklahoma has a number of stars, including Hield, who might be the best player in the country. If Hield isn't on, expect Isaiah Cousins and Jordan Woodard to pick up the slack. OU is going to win this game.
We'll take Oklahoma by 15. The Sooners would next get the winner of Oregon State vs. VCU.
