Order Of Protection Filed Against Oklahoma RB Rodney Anderson

This is something to keep an eye on.

An order of protection has been filed against Oklahoma running back Rodney Anderson, according to a new report.

Per Brooke Pryor of The Oklahoman, the protective order was filed by a University of Oklahoma employee. The order can be found here, and was filed by a woman named Courtney Jean Thornton.

A hearing on the matter is scheduled for December 18.

Anderson is Oklahoma's leading rusher, compiling 960 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground. He has also hauled in 16 receptions for 283 yards and another five touchdowns scores.

Oklahoma takes on Georgia in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1 for the right to play in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.
