It's not uncommon for football players to try new and unique forms of training during the off-season. Many take up boxing, swimming, MMA, or yoga on top of their normal routines. One sport that you would not peg as something a 300 lb lineman might try, however? Gymnastics.

That's Oklahoma starting right guard Nila Kasitati working out with Sooner gymnast Haley Sorensen at OU Women's Gymnastics open gym session, which according to their twitter feed, drew football players like Kasitati, as well as swimmers, and wrestlers. If Kasitati looks more spry on the field this year, now we know why.
