Report: 2016 4-Star QB Austin Kendall Has Committed To Oklahoma

Update: Austin Kendall has made it official.

Earlier: One of the top quarterbacks in the 2016 class has committed to Oklahoma, according to a report. 

Austin Kendall, a four-star quarterback out of Waxhaw, North Carolina, has pledged to play for the Sooners, according to Brandon Drumm of The Football Brainiacs. 

Kendall, a 6-foot-2, 205-pound pro-style quarterback, is ranked the No. 8 player at his position by 247 Sports' Composite Rankings

This is a big commitment for Bob Stoops' program, which now has three players committed in its 2016 class. Kendall was reportedly also considering Auburn, Kentucky and Tennessee, among other programs.
