Tre Norwood, a three-star cornerback from Arkansas, announced his commitment to Oklahoma on Twitter.
Norwood made things official with a note on Twitter less than an hour ago.
His full note:
First I would like to thank God for blessing me with this opoortunity to achieve my dream of playing football at the next level. Next I'd like to thank my family, friends and coaches for supporting me throughout this process, without them none of this would be possible. And last I'd like to thank all of the coaches who have recruited me and given me an opportunity to attend their university.
After talking it over with my parents and coaches, I'm extremely excited and blessed to say that I am committing to the University of Oklahoma!
Norwood, a star at Northside High School, is the No. 8 class of 2017 recruit in the state of Arkansas.
He is the 25th player to commit to Oklahoma, which has the top class in the Big 12, and the No. 6 class in college football at the moment.
