Watch: ESPN's David Pollack Believes Baker Mayfield Should Be The No. 1 Overall Draft Pick

David Pollack discusses College Football Playoff.

One ESPN analyst believes Mayfield should be the top pick in the upcoming NFL draft.

There's no denying Oklahoma QB Baker Mayfield is talented, but the jury is still out on where he'll end go in the 2018 NFL draft. His projection has been all over the place, but for at least one college football analyst, Mayfield should be selected No. 1 overall.

On Monday, David Pollack argued on First Take that Mayfield should be the first guy off the board.

"First of all, he should be the first quarterback taken in the draft next year," Pollack told Stephen A. Smith when he compared Mayfield to Johnny Manziel. "I'd take him over [Sam] Darnold, I'd take him over [Josh] Rosen—all those guys ... He can make all the throws down the field, and he can scramble around and buy time ... If you watch the tape, this guy can do it all."
