The Big 12 squad does possess a lot of firepower.
Like always, the 2017 college football season will feature a number of teams with high-octane offensive attacks.
There are a few teams who can make the case for having the nation’s top offense, but ESPN analyst Trevor Matich thinks the best unit is in the Big 12.
Matich is high on the Cowboys this season and thinks quarterback Mason Rudolph (4,091 passing yards and 28 touchdowns) and wide receiver James Washington (1,380 yards and 10 scores) will help lead the best offense in America.
“They can turn every game into a shootout from the first quarter,” Matich said.
Here is the full video of Matich’s comments.
In addition to Rudolph and Washington, the Cowboys return 1,000-yard rusher Justice Hill and explosive receiver Jalen McCleskey (seven touchdowns).
There is a lot to like here.
