Oklahoma State's Jawun Evans Preaches Patience Regarding Coaching Situation

Last week, it was reported that Oklahoma State was set to fire men's basketball coach Travis Ford after the Cowboys disappointing 12-20 season. The official news has not come yet, however, and now one of the team's best young players has tweeted about the situation. Jawun Evans, a freshman guard who averaged nearly 13 points per game for the Pokes this year, says he's "comfortable" with the situation and wants fans to stay patient.

We're not too sure what this means for Ford's future, but Oklahoma State fans should be a bit relieved that it doesn't seem like Evans, a promising young player is planning to leave. Of course, anything can change once Ford's fate, and possible replacement, is decided.
