One of the top college football teams in the country is officially on upset alert.
There weren’t many calling for Oklahoma to be upset by Iowa State on Saturday afternoon, but midway through the fourth quarter of their contest in Norman, it appears to be a very real possibility.
Iowa State, despite not having its starting quarterback on Saturday, is delivering an incredible performance on the road. The Cyclones currently hold a 31-24 lead midway through the fourth quarter.
Oklahoma led 14-3 after the first quarter after two Baker Mayfield touchdown passes, but Iowa State hung around to keep it just 24-13 at the break.
The second half has been all Cyclones, and Iowa State took its first lead 31-24 on a 57-yard pass from Kyle Kempt to Trever Ryen.
