Earlier: TCU senior wide receiver Josh Doctson is out for the rest of the season, Gary Patterson announced this afternoon.
Doctson, one of the best wideouts in the country, suffered a wrist injury during the Horned Frogs' loss to Oklahoma State last Saturday.
He leads the country in receiving yards.
Doctson had totaled 78 catches for 1,315 yards and 14 touchdowns.
TCU (8-1) is set to play Kansas on Saturday.
