Cecil Cherry Tweets That He's Gotten His Release Form From Texas

Tuesday, it was reported that Texas freshman linebacker Cecil Cherry was considering transferring from the school after just a few team practices. Wednesday, it looks like he's already in the process of leaving. Cherry, a four-star player from Lakeland, Florida, tweeted this afternoon that he's been "finally" been given his release form. His father also told Ryan Autullo of the Austin American-Statesman that there's no chance of "patching things up" with UT.
