Charlie Strong Removed The Longhorns Logo From Every Player's Helmet
New Texas head coach Charlie Strong had already banned his players from using the "hook 'em horns" hand gesture and roped off the Longhorns logo in their locker room. Now, he's taken the whole "you have to earn it" mindset a bit further, taking the team's logo off of each player's helmet. UT opened practice with blank white helmets Monday.

Strong's no-nonsense attitude has already resulted in a number of players being either dismissed from the team or suspended for a portion of the season. Will the new focus on discipline pay immediate dividends?
