The brother of Texas basketball signee Mo Bamba went on a 20-minute rant on Facebook claiming Bamba accepted gifts and money.
Ibrahim Johnson, the brother of 5-star recruit and Texas signee Mo Bamba, went on a profanity-laced rant on Facebook claiming Bamba accepted gifts and money from a financial advisor.
In the 22-minute video, Johnson alleges that Greer Love provided Bamba with vacations and other gifts to try to convince the prospect to work with him in the future. Johnson also said that Love tried to steer Bamba to particular schools but was adamant that no money or benefits came from the University of Texas.
Love is a Michigan alum and the vice president of a venture capital company. In the video, Johnson expresses his desire to become a sports agent for his brother, and it's possible the relationship between Bamba and Love is what set him off.
