Texas freshman quarterback Sam Ehlinger has some pretty lofty expectations for the Longhorns' 2018 recruiting class.
Expectations are high for Texas football every year, but for the last few years the Longhorns have been a disappointment. They haven't had a winning season since 2013, and each season since has been underwhelming at best. Quite a bold claim from freshman signal-caller, Sam Ehlinger. He's been on campus for just over a month, but he's clearly feeling the good vibes.
Texas currently has zero commits for the 2018 recruiting class, but that shouldn't be the case for long with Herman now in charge. We could be witnessing the rebirth of one of college football's most storied programs, and I personally can't wait to see how they perform this year.
