New Texas head coach Shaka Smart is expected to be able to entice top talent to come to Austin, and he's been active on the recruiting trail the past few days. The top 2016 recruit in Texas is 5-star shooting guard Terrance Ferguson of Dallas' Prime Prep Academy, and it appears Smart has left a good early impression on Ferguson's mother.
