The transfer market for college football quarterbacks just received another addition.

Texas four-star dual-threat quarterback Shane Buechele has reportedly entered his name into the NCAA's transfer portal.

Buechele, the No. 3 dual-threat quarterback in the country coming out of high school, lost Texas' starting job to Sam Ehlinger.

The dual-threat quarterback has reportedly decided to move on.

Anwar Richardson first reported the news.

Buechele isn't the only Texas quarterback who could be moving on, too.

The college football world has seen a ton of major quarterbacks transfer out in recent weeks:

  • Georgia's Justin Fields to Ohio State
  • Ohio State's Tate Martell to Miami
  • Oklahoma's Austin Kendall to West Virginia
  • Alabama's Jalen Hurts to Oklahoma

More appear to be coming, too.

Stay tuned.
