Texas Commit DeMarco Boyd Defends Longhorns Coaching Staff During TCU Debacle

Texas is getting absolutely blasted by TCU this afternoon, trailing 30-0 early in the second quarter. Longhorns fans, after a frustrating few weeks, are starting to boil over. One of the team's top recruits isn't thrilled with the situation.

DeMarco Boyd, an inside linebacker from Gilmer, Texas, who committed to play for the school back in January, is defending the team's coaching staff on Twitter during the debacle. He seems to be placing blame on the players themselves.

Texas is just one half of play away from a 1-4 start. Expect more fans to express themselves in the coming weeks.
