On Saturday afternoon, the Texas Longhorns faced off against the Kansas Jayhawks in what was supposed to be an easy win for the Longhorns.

It has turned into anything but an easy contest.

The Jayhawks came to play this afternoon and are giving Texas everything it can handle.

The Longhorns entered halftime with a 21-17 lead, but found that lead evaporate quickly in the second half. On Kansas' first drive, the Jayhawks scored a touchdown to take a 24-21 lead over the heavily favored Longhorns.

Needless to say, Longhorns fans are not happy with their team's performance on Saturday night.

The Jayhawks have out-gained the Longhorns on offense and haven't turned the ball over. It's a recipe for success Kansas would like to capitalize on.

Texas needs to find an answer on defense or the Longhorns will lose their second-straight game. The Longhorns and Jayhawks are tied at 24 with under seven minutes left in the third quarter.

Stay tuned for the latest.
