Texas Suspends Holton Hill For Rest Of 2017 Season

The star corner has been shut down for the year.

Texas will be without junior cornerback Holton Hill for the remainder of the 2017 season after he was suspended for a violation of teams rules.

The star corner was reportedly skipping his senior season to enter the 2018 NFL Draft, and this surely won't help his draft stock if he does indeed leave Texas.

It's a tough break for the junior who has NFL aspirations.

Hill has 51 total tackles, two interceptions, six passes defended, and two touchdowns on the season.

The Longhorns (4-5) finish the season by hosting Kansas, a road trip to West Virginia, and an instate rivalry game at home against Texas Tech.
