Younger Texas Players Take To Twitter To Respond To Dylan Haines' Negative Comments

Texas' football team is 1-4 on the season, and has a huge rivalry game coming up against No. 9 Oklahoma. But the focus this week doesn't seem to be on the team's next opponent.

Monday, two days after a 50-7 drubbing at the hands of TCU, Texas junior safety Dylan Haines told reporters that he was concerned with the players' lack of preparation and film study. Kirk Bohls of the Austin American-Statesman has more:

But it doesn't look like all of the Longhorns agree with him. A number of players, including Charles Omenihu and Armanti Foreman, took to Twitter to express themselves in response.

Needless to say, this isn't exactly ideal heading into the biggest game of the season.

Charlie Strong & Co. certainly have a lot to figure out right now. Getting his players all on the same page might be the first priority.
