Former Arkansas WR Jojo Robinson Announces Transfer To Texas Tech

Former Arkansas wide receiver Jojo Robinson is heading to Texas Tech after a year at the junior college level.

Robinson, a former four-star recruit out of Miami, played one season for the Razorbacks.

In 2015, he caught six passes for 53 yards, with a long reception of 15 yards, before his dismissal from the program.

In October of that season, Bret Bielema announced that he was removed from the team for missing class.

After a season at Independence Community College, Robinson is ready to make the jump back to the FBS level, and will play at Texas Tech.

His full note:

"After this tough JUCO process I over came adversity with the help of God first of all and my family and I appreciate the opportunities but with a lot of prayer and support in my decision I am announcing that I will be attending Texas Tech University. #Blessed #Gunsblazin"

247Sports ranked Robinson the No. 22 athlete and No. 36 Florida recruit for the class of 2014. He originally chose Arkansas over offers from TCU and USF, which he visited, and Auburn, Florida State, LSU, Miami, Syracuse UCLA, USC, West Virginia, and others.
