BREAKING: Kliff Kingsbury Named Head Coach At Texas Tech

Big time.

It's official. Texas A&M's offensive coordinator, Kliff Kingsbury, will be named the new head coach at Texas Tech. The school confirmed the rumors that had been swirling all day. The news was actually tweeted out by AD Kirby Hocutt, with a video of both himself and Kingsbury - pretty interesting.

Kingsbury, a former quarterback at Texas Tech who threw for over 12,000 yards and 95 touchdowns, is just 33 years old. Between his obvious history with the school and the impressive performance his Texas A&M Aggies put on with Johnny Manziel at quarterback this season, it's no shocker that Kingsbury was the man for the job in Lubbock. He'll replace Tommy Tuberville, who left for Cincinnati last week.
