Texas football and the rest of the FBS only has a few weeks before the start of the 2019 recruiting cycle early signing period. The Longhorns are also focused on the 2020 class, and bring in five-star cornerback Kelee Ringo this weekend.
Ringo is the No. 11 overall player in the 2020 class, per 247Sports‘ composite rankings. The site has him at No. 2 among cornerbacks.
The Saguaro native is the top-ranked 2020 player in Arizona.
Ringo took an unofficial visit to Austin back in November. He saw the Longhorns beat Iowa State 24-10.
Kelee Ringo is heading back to check out Texas football again this weekend.
247’s EJ Holland has reported as much. From his Twitter account:

Ringo has retweeted a number of Texas messages in the last few days as well.
Back on November 30, he released a top 15 featuring the Longhorns, as well as Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, Stanford, USC, and Washington.
So far, just three recruiting analysts have registered predictions for Ringo’s eventual commitment. Two believe he will head up to Washington, with the other picking Texas.
