For West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith, the days are simply flying by.
And for him, that means it's another step in making his dream a reality. That dream, of course, is being a franchise quarterback in the NFL.
While analysts and experts have Smith all over the draft board, he believes he can come in and make an immediate impact on any team. Former coaches of his, such as current Texas A&M quarterbacks coach Jake Spavital, believe Smith can be a starter right now. He didn't believe the same for someone like Brandon Weeden, whom Spavital has also worked with.
Smith recently met up with Jon Gruden for his annual QB camp. The guys had some laughs and studied some tape of Smith's illustrious career at WVU.
