Members of the West Virginia baseball team (Brady Wilson and Jacob Rice) joined head coach Randy Mazey on CNN Wednesday afternoon in talking about the latest relief efforts in Oklahoma.
Following the devastating destruction that took place while the Mountaineers were just south of where the tornado took place this week, Mazey and his squad did all they could in lifting spirits Tuesday afternoon.
They used team funds in purchasing supplies for kids and families in need in the Moore, Okla., and Oklahoma City region. In fact, the team filled 20 shopping carts with clothes and other needs from a local Walmart.
For anyone affiliated with WVU, this makes you proud to be a Mountaineer.
