Boise State is everywhere in the United States.

Boise State doesn't view itself as tied down to any particular region. Now, the rest of the country can't view it that way either after the school accepted an invitation to the Big West for all sports except for football.

Yeah, you heard that right. Boise State is now in the Big East for football, but the Big West for every other sport. According to Brett McMurphy of ESPN, that makes perfect sense for the Broncos.

@McMurphyESPN: Boise president: "Membership in Big West complements our Big East football presence; reflects our emerging coast to coast profile"

The Big West also added Hawaii and San Diego State for 2013, so the conference is definitely on its way up.
