Butler Basketball: Butler Lands Second 4-Star Commitment In PG Howard Washington

Butler has landed its second four-star commitment in the 2016 class courtesy of Buffalo (N.Y.) point guard Howard Washington. Washington joins big man Joey Brunk as four-star commits for the Bulldogs.
