2014 March Madness: Creighton Vs. Louisiana-Lafayette - Game Time, TV Schedule, Predictions

Louisiana-Lafayette was not a tournament team a few weeks ago, but after knocking off Sun Belt favorite Georgia State in the conference final, the Ragin' Cajuns are dancing. Of course, they drew the nation's best player Doug McDermott and the Creighton Bluejays, so the pumpkin carriage may not be around for long. The winner of this game faces the Baylor-Nebraska winner.

Date: Friday, March 21, 2014

Time: 3:10 PM EST

TV Channel: truTV

Location: AT&T Center (San Antonio, TX)

Prediction: Creighton is not a team anyone wants to play. The Bluejays play five players who would be the best three point shooter on most teams in the country at the same time, and they fire away. Doug McDermott is the most prolific scorer in the country. The Bluejays are vulnerable on the interior, and teams that play good perimeter defense and can score around the basket can give them problems, but that team will probably not be Lafayette. Creighton should take this one.
