No. 4 seed Georgetown handled a late run by Eastern Washington to take home a comfortable 84-74 victory, while Utah snuck out a victory against one of last season's Cinderellas, Stephen F. Austin. The traditional Big East power will face off against one of the Pac-12's best in what will likely be a low-scoring slugfest.

Prediction: Georgetown had a nice season in the Big East, finishing tied for second in the conference with Butler, but the Hoyas feel a bit over-seeded as a four. On the other hand, Utah spent much of the season in the top 15 of the college basketball polls, and are statistically one of the more impressive teams in the country.
All but one of the national champions in the 64/68-team era of the NCAA Tournament have been top 25 teams in offensive and defensive efficiency, with last year's UConn team being the lone outlier. Utah is ranked 16th in offense and 8th in defense, and are a very solid Final Four sleeper. With the game in Portland, expect the Utes to have the crowd on their side as well, and beat the Hoyas.
