Michael Jordan's Son Gets Arrested

Son of a...
Michael Jordan announces Tar Heels football will wear Jordan brand from now on.

Marcus Jordan, son of "His Airness", will likely never make the headlines that his father once did. However, he did get some serious publicity this weekendwhen he was arrested early Sunday morning in Omaha. Jordan was reportedly found intoxicated, arguing with several women outside of a downtown hotel. Police responded to the scene and arrested Jordan, although he was released later in the day.

While Marcus will probably never lay claim to be "GOAT" like Michael, he has been a very solid player for the University of Central Florida. Last season, he averaged 13.7 points per game for the Knights, and he is expected to continue to play a large role as a senior. There has been no word from the University regarding any punishment so far, but the infraction is not expected to require any serious reprimanding.

Hopefully Marcus can stay out of the news in the future. Unless, of course, he makes another appearance likethis.
