Today’s college basketball game between No. 23 Seton Hall and Manhattan featured two ejections following a brief fight after a contentious rebound.
Late in the first half between the Seton Hall Pirates and Manhattan Jaspers, Pirates star big man Angel Delgado and Manhattan’s Zane Waterman got tied up going hard for a rebound off a Manhattan miss.
The battle for the board turned into a shoving match by the stanchion, and referees eventually ejected two players for throwing punches.
Seton Hall guard Myles Powell and Manhattan guard Rich Williams, both significant contributors for their teams, were tossed from the game after referees reviewed the incident.
